Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any service on the 325 platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms and Conditions apply only to users of legal age in Bangladesh. Users accessing the platform from regions where online betting or gaming is prohibited by law do so entirely at their own risk.
- Users must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must register using your full and accurate personal information.
- Each user may hold only one account.
Account Creation, Security & Suspension Policy
All information provided at the time of registration on 325 must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 325 reserves the right to terminate any account created using false information, at any time.
Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) strictly confidential. Do not share them with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
Account Suspension or Closure
325 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:
- Evidence of a terms violation or fraudulent activity is found.
- Operating multiple accounts is detected.
- Attempting to harm other users or the platform.
- Payment irregularities or chargebacks are initiated.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
All users of the 325 platform are required to comply with the following rules:
- Hacking any part of the platform, manipulating software, or using automated tools is strictly prohibited.
- Fraudulent behavior toward other users or colluding on bets is strictly prohibited.
- The platform must not be used to conduct any illegal activities.
- Any transaction found to exploit system vulnerabilities or errors will be voided.
- The outcome of any bet or game is final as recorded on the platform's servers.
Violations may result in the forfeiture of the relevant balance and closure of the account.
Payments, Transactions & BDT Policy
All transactions on 325 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals must be made using supported payment methods.
Deposit
Deposits are generally credited to your balance within a few minutes. If there is any delay, please contact our support team. In the event of a duplicate transaction due to a technical error, the excess amount will be refunded.
Withdrawal
Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. Withdrawal timeframes and limits are subject to the platform's current policy. If a chargeback or payment dispute is raised, the associated account will be suspended pending the outcome of the investigation.

325's liability for any direct or indirect financial loss arising from use of the platform is limited to the maximum extent permitted. The platform is not responsible for technical issues, network outages, or third-party service failures. Under all circumstances, users are solely responsible for their own decisions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 325 platform — including logos, graphics, software, and designs — is the intellectual property of the platform. Users may not copy, distribute, or commercially use any of this content.
Third-Party Links
Third-party services used on the platform (such as payment gateways) are governed by their own terms and conditions. 325 is not responsible for the operations of any third party.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
325 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected by an updated date on the page. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be settled in the competent courts of Bangladesh.
